Data Centres, Hardware & Backups

Rack Servers currently host our servers in two secure Data Centres in Brisbane. Each Data Centre has Tier 1 links to Internet providers, multiple levels of redundancy, backup power, advanced fire detection/prevention systems and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Our hardware consists of high performance dedicated servers with redundancy and gigabit data connections. All hardware is regularly maintained and monitored 24/7 for reliability.

All our web hosting packages have multiple backup schedules; we take daily incremental (delta) backups with weekly full backups which is stored for the last three months. All our VPS packages receive daily snapshots which can be used to restore your VPS to a previous state if ever you need to roll back for any reason.
